Dee Dee’s marketing career in travel, banking and as a consultant has given her a unique insight: service is a marketing strategy that helps organizations grow by creating customer, member and employee loyalty. Dee Dee served as Director of Sales and Marketing for SD Tourism and Vice President of Marketing Development for BankWest, and launched JourneyWorks, her speaking and consulting practice.
Today Dee Dee inspires businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies to achieve the level of service that creates customer, member and employee loyalty. Dee Dee’s passion for service and 20 years of research to develop customized programs to grow businesses led her to create the Values of Service Compass© and the Service MAP© used by organizations to inspire great customer and employee service.
Dee Dee is a member of the National Speakers Association, a Distinguished Toastmaster and author of Dear Mom: Remembering, Celebrating, Healing, her journey of finding and celebrating the authentic, timeless values of a very “ordinary” mom. She has been featured in media throughout the Midwest as well as internet sites that serve women, and writes a monthly Dear Mom E-Letter to help women find the gifts of their mother’s life.
